
Argentinian footballer Anxel Korrea, who holds the title of world champion, will soon sign a contract with Mexico's "Tigres" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The club's official website announced this. The 30-year-old midfielder has yet to undergo a medical examination.
Details of the contract have not yet been disclosed. The new season of the Mexican league will start on July 13.
"Tigres" finished fourth in the last Clausura tournament and ended the season in third place overall. Last season, Korrea played as a forward for Madrid's "Atletico" club.
He appeared in a total of 48 matches across all competitions, scoring 8 goals and providing 5 assists. The player's market value is estimated at around 10 million euros.
