Famous Russian coach Yuri Syomin expressed his thoughts on preventing conflicts related to referees in our local football. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, increasing referees' salaries does not solve the problem. The important thing is that the specialists working in football clubs should have high qualifications.

It is essential that qualified personnel hold responsible positions. If this is the case, the problems in refereeing will decrease.

The specialist also emphasized that club leaders need to understand the relationships in the football environment well and know the rules of conduct within it. This will help prevent conflict situations similar to those involving Torpedo.

It is worth noting that the Torpedo club was disqualified from the Premier League competition due to controversies related to bribing referees and was fined 5 million rubles. Therefore, preparing qualified and responsible personnel is of great importance for ensuring fairness and order in the football field.
