
Slovak midfielder Ondrej Duda has signed a contract with Saudi Arabia's Al-Ittifak club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This was announced on the club's official social media pages. The details of the agreement have not yet been disclosed.
According to other sources, the player, who previously played for Italy's Verona club, joined the team as a free agent on a two-year contract. The 29-year-old Duda came to the team on the recommendation of coach Saad Al-Shahrani, who led the team to the last championship this season.
The coach emphasized his versatility, meaning his ability to perform both midfield and central defense roles. Last season, Duda played in 29 matches across all club competitions, scoring one goal and providing four assists.
His market value is estimated at approximately 3.5 million euros.
