Matvey Kislyak, a midfielder for Moscow's CSKA team, shared his thoughts on how the change of opponent has affected the team's preparation for the first round of the new RPL season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
It is worth noting that due to the disqualification of the capital's "Torpedo" team, CSKA will play against "Orenburg." According to Kislyak, the team must be ready to play against any opponent.
"Whether it's 'Torpedo', 'Orenburg', or 'Zenit', it's important to step onto the field and aim for victory in every game," he said through "Match TV." The midfielder also emphasized that the team members are trying to focus entirely on the upcoming season and are striving to ignore the controversies and scandals that occurred in Russian football over the summer.
Matvey Kislyak is a product of CSKA's academy. Last season, the 19-year-old player made 22 appearances for the team, scoring one goal and providing an assist.
He aims to show good results in future games as one of the key players of the team.
