Dmitriy Kombarov became the head coach of 'Chayka'
Former football player Vitaliy Dyakov shared his thoughts on Dmitriy Kombarov's appointment as the head coach of the 'Chayka' team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He emphasized that moving from the 'Spartak-2' team to a first league team is a significant professional advancement. This change at this level indicates that the players' level and the team's goals are different.

The specialist stated in an interview with 'Match TV'. Dmitriy Kombarov, a former player of 'Spartak' and the Russian national team, was appointed as the head coach of the 'Chayka' team on July 17.

He signed a one-year contract with the club. Kombarov previously managed Petersburg's 'Zvezda' and 'Spartak-2' teams.

Last season, 'Chayka' finished in 13th place in the PARI league. This appointment is considered an important step for the team's future successes.
