Barcelona club announced on its official website that the opening of the renovated 'Camp Nou' stadium has been delayed. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Initially, the Catalans planned to hold a match against the 'Komo' team on August 10 at the renovated stadium as part of the 'Joan Gamper' trophy. However, due to the fact that all repair works were not completed on time, the club did not receive the initial license.
Therefore, the match between 'Barcelona' and 'Komo' will take place at Johan Cruyff stadium. It should be noted that the full opening of the 'Camp Nou' stadium is scheduled for the summer of 2026, at which time the roof repairs will also be completed.
It is worth noting that last season 'Barcelona' won all three competitions held at home. These renovations are considered to be of significant importance for the club's future successes.
