According to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as of September 22, 2025, a total of 53,478 business entities have been exempted from administrative fines amounting to 171.6 billion soums. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This privilege was granted under a special procedure, and many entrepreneurs have benefited from it. Taxpayers often fail to submit reports within the prescribed deadlines for various reasons.
This situation is considered a violation under the Code of Administrative Liability and results in substantial fines. However, if a business entity commits such a violation for the first time and rectifies the deficiencies within 30 days, it will receive only a warning instead of a fine.
Additionally, currently, 6,738 enterprises have the opportunity to voluntarily correct errors in their reports within 30 days and be exempted from fines. Otherwise, a fine of 4,120,000 soums will be imposed for each delayed tax report.
This measure provides significant assistance to entrepreneurs and creates financial relief for them. Source of information: State Tax Committee.
