The President promised significant changes in the healthcare sector: doctors' salaries will reach 1500 dollars!
Today, important and decisive decisions aimed at further improving the healthcare system were made during a meeting attended by the head of state. It was determined that, as an example of a single district, 7 large and 27 small polyclinics providing medical services to more than 12,000 residents will be fundamentally reorganized.

Within the framework of these updates, the district central polyclinic will now be transformed into a modern consultation-diagnostic center next to the district hospital. Here, highly qualified medical professionals such as cardiologists, endocrinologists, and oncologists will provide services to the population.

The adopted decisions aim to improve the socio-economic conditions of medical staff and increase their work efficiency. In particular, it was determined that the basic salary of family doctors starting work in the updated polyclinics will be 500 dollars, and nurses' salaries will be 300 dollars.

At the same time, if medical staff enhance their qualifications and obtain the relevant certificates, an additional amount will be added to their basic salary. This means that qualified doctors will have at least 1000 dollars, and nurses will have 600 dollars in basic wages.

The President also emphasized another important aspect in this regard. If medical staff visit homes in their neighborhoods, monitor the health status of the population, keep chronic patients under constant supervision, and provide practical assistance in managing their illnesses, ensuring early detection of severe diseases and preventing emergencies, measures will be taken to provide them with additional material incentives.

For example, doctors who timely identify dangerous diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, oncology, and diabetes, significantly reducing the population's requests for emergency medical assistance and hospitalizations, will receive an additional 500 dollars, while nurses will receive an additional 300 dollars as a bonus.

As a result, the salaries of highly qualified and efficient family doctors will reach up to 1500 dollars, while nurses' salaries will range from 600 to 800 dollars.

The President specifically noted that the main goal of these reforms is not only to increase the salaries of doctors and nurses but also to elevate human dignity as a whole.

From now on, any serious health condition related to the population in neighborhoods—such as heart attacks, strokes, early deaths of mothers and children, and disabilities resulting from chronic diseases—will be considered an emergency situation.

Such changes are expected to have historical significance in strengthening public health and elevating the quality of medical services to a new level. These changes in the healthcare sector are a long-awaited positive development for our people.
