“Ko‘mak” program: new opportunities in remote areas

Currently, the “Ko‘mak” program is creating new opportunities for young people in remote and distant areas. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
It is reported that within the framework of the program, interest-free loans of up to 130 million soums have been introduced. Through this, more than 120 foreign language teaching centers have been established over the past six months.
The young entrepreneurs who established these centers are now planning to expand their activities further by opening additional projects such as IT and modern professions centers, libraries, and sports clubs. These initiatives are aimed not only at language teaching but also at creating a broader development environment.
Within the “Ko‘mak” program, interest-free loans of up to 300 million soums are also envisaged to expand the activities of young entrepreneurs who have achieved good results. This allows successful projects to be taken to a higher level.
Additionally, tax benefits have been introduced within the program. Now, educational centers in remote areas pay social tax at a rate of 1%, and teachers pay income tax at a rate of 7.5%.
This creates much more favorable conditions compared to the previous 12% rate. Furthermore, the Youth Affairs Agency has been tasked with preparing 20,000 young people annually for future professions.
Up to 500 million soums of interest-free loans will be allocated to each district, and vocational laboratories will be established in technical schools and educational centers. In conclusion, the “Ko‘mak” program is creating opportunities to teach modern knowledge and skills even in remote areas.
The main task now is to ensure the sustainable operation of these centers and to provide practical results for young people. Source: Zamin.uz
