Japarov: There is no basis for a coup in Kyrgyzstan

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadir Japarov, stated that there is no basis for changing power in the country through violence. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The President emphasized this during a conversation with representatives of the state news agency "Kabar." According to Japarov, currently, there is no coup or any similar situation occurring.
He explained this opinion based on two reasons: firstly, the law prohibits it, and secondly, the necessary conditions for such a situation do not exist. These statements came against the backdrop of recent personnel changes made by the President.
On February 10, Sadir Japarov dismissed Kamchibek Tashiyev, who was the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the State Committee for National Security. Following this decision, political activity in Bishkek intensified.
In particular, the Speaker of Parliament, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, resigned, and changes were also observed in other important positions. The President's position is clear: there is no basis for drastic changes in the country.
However, during the process of personnel reshuffling, the main focus remains on how the political system will be shaped and how stability will be maintained.
