According to the decree, the university will have full independence in academic, financial, and organizational management matters. Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year, a one-year preparatory course will be opened at the expense of the state budget. This course will help applicants prepare for complex subjects. From the next year, that is, the 2026-2027 academic year, bachelor's degree programs will begin operating at the university. Students will have the opportunity to receive education in modern subjects. Additionally, from the 2027-2028 academic year, master's and postgraduate programs will also be gradually introduced. Since the law banning marriages between relatives came into effect in Azerbaijan in July 2025, the number of weddings has significantly decreased. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
