Specialists are being trained to combat cybercrime

A decision was signed by the President regarding the implementation of a system for training professional personnel in the field of combating crimes committed through digital technologies.
Starting from the next academic year, admission to the bachelor's program in "Activities for Combating Crimes in the Field of Digital Technologies" will begin at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The duration of the study will be four years.
Winners of international, regional, and national olympiads in mathematics, computer science, programming, and information technologies will be admitted to study without an interview after passing the initial selection.
In turn, admission to the master's program in "Legal Support of Cybersecurity" will begin at the Academy of Law Enforcement. The duration of the study will be one year. Candidates with internationally recognized IT certificates designated by the Ministry of Digital Technologies will be exempt from exams in the subject of "Informatics and Information Technologies."
