Footballer Sergey Pinyaev will continue his career at the "Lokomotiv" club and did not agree to a deal with CSKA. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The publication "Championat" reported this, citing a source close to the situation. Earlier, the CSKA team had activated the purchase option specified in Pinyaev's contract.

They were ready to offer 900 million rubles for the midfielder, but the decision had to be made by the player himself. Pinyaev rejected the offer.

The 20-year-old midfielder has been representing "Lokomotiv" since 2023. Last season, he played a total of 38 matches in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and providing 8 assists.

The footballer will remain at "Lokomotiv" until the end of his contract, which is for another three years. This decision is related to his future and agreement with the team, aimed at continuing his career at the club.
