Oreshchuk: It is wrong to criticize Kahigaoni right now

Russian sports official Roman Oreshchuk commented on the possibility of “Spartak” team’s sports director Francis Kahiga leaving the club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the sports director selects players for the team, not for his own interests, and this process is carried out with the head coach's approval. Oreshchuk emphasized that criticizing Kahigaon now is wrong, but if there are no results, it is necessary to hold accountable not only the head coach but also the sports director.

The expert also added that it is necessary to wait for 5-7 rounds to make a decision about the Spanish specialist. The “Spartak” team appointed Kahigaon as sports director this winter.
