The future of Spartak defender Nikita Chernov may be linked to another club in the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
As his agent Vladimir Kuzmichev previously stated, Spartak head coach Deyan Stankovich does not plan to field this player in the new season. According to Sport24, Chernov is attracting interest from the clubs Sochi and Krylya Sovetov.
So far, negotiations are in the initial stages, and no official offers have been received by Spartak. The player's current contract is set to last until the winter of next year.
Last season, he played in 11 matches for Spartak and provided one assist. In the new season, Chernov has not yet been included in the matchday squad.
For this reason, his chances of playing in the team are limited. Decisions regarding his transfer will be made in the future.
Currently, the player is still in contact with other clubs. This situation is aimed at further developing his career.
