Rumors about the Vakhaniya transfer have been denied

"Rostov" football team's defender Ilya Vaxaniya denied reports about negotiations with other teams during the summer transfer window. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The footballer emphasized that all information regarding his transfer to another club was merely at the rumor level. Vaxaniya clearly stated that neither he nor his agent received official offers from other teams.

– I read the news about myself that spread on Telegram channels. I have no other information.

I found out from the same sources as everyone else, – said the footballer. Ilya Vaxaniya continued preparations for the new season with the "Rostov" team this summer.

This season, the "Rostov" team started unsuccessfully in the Russian Premier League, losing to "Dinamo" (0:1) and "Zenit" (1:2) in the first two rounds. As a result, "Rostov" is currently in 13th place in the league table.

So far, there is no official information about the player's transfer to another club.
