It is known that the 35-year-old specialist managed the Yekaterinburg team from November 2024 to June 2025. Currently, the head coach of the "Ural" club is Miroslav Romashchenko.

Oleg Shatov mentioned that he is currently not employed. He emphasized that he is ready to work if one of the club leaders shows interest.

He also added that he is new to this field and does not yet fully know how to work. However, Shatov specifically noted that he wishes to continue his coaching career.

It is worth noting that the "Ural" team did not return to the Russian Premier League according to the results of the last season. At the moment, the team is leading the PARI league tournament table.

After three rounds, "Ural" has accumulated nine points, and this result indicates that the team is in good form. It is evident that the club aims to achieve high results.
