
Roman Vega, the new member of the "Zenit" football club and an Argentine defender, spoke about his initial impressions of the St. Petersburg team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He highly praised the team's infrastructure, particularly the conditions at the sports base and the stadium. Vega noted that this infrastructure fully meets international standards and is one of the best sports facilities he has seen.
According to him, all necessary conditions for players have been created at the club. Currently, three rounds have been held in the Russian Premier League, and "Zenit," led by Sergey Semak, has accumulated five points and is in seventh place in the tournament table.
In the next round, the St. Petersburg club will face Grozny's "Akhmat" team away. This match will take place on August 9.
