Dmitriy Andreev, a specialist who previously worked as the sports director of the “Orenburg” team, expressed his thoughts on the possibility of Aleksandr Kokorin returning to the Russian Premier League (RPL). This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, based on previous information, Kokorin, who is currently playing for the “Aris” team in the Cyprus championship, is planning to move to the “Sochi” club. Andreev noted that he had previously assessed this player as a good player, but emphasized that he has not lived up to expectations as he has aged.

If the management at “Sochi” considers him a player who can add strength to the team, then he said that this decision would be reasonable. Andreev also reminded that Kokorin's recent critical comments about the RPL level could potentially provoke a negative reaction among fans.
