
The Minsk "Dinamo" team has exited the UEFA Champions League qualifying stage. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
They played a 2:2 draw against the Bulgarian club "Ludogorets" in the return match held in Hungary. In the first round of the qualifiers, "Ludogorets" had won 1:0.
At the end of the first half, Erik Markus received the ball in the penalty area and struck it powerfully against the goalpost, allowing "Ludogorets" to take the lead. "Dinamo" equalized in the 54th minute when Mustafo Jimet scored after a pass from Dmitriy Podstrelov.
In the 62nd minute, Igor Pedro deceived the opponent and put the Minsk team ahead. The score remained unchanged until the end of regular time, and due to the draw on aggregate, the match went into extra time.
In the 102nd minute, Erik Bille took advantage of a mistake by the "Dinamo" goalkeeper and scored from close range. However, 2 minutes later, the referees disallowed Vardanyan's goal for offside.
The match ended in a 2:2 draw, with an aggregate score of 3:2 in favor of "Ludogorets." Thus, the Bulgarian club advanced to the next stage.
In the second qualifying round, they will face Croatia's "Rijeka." The first match will take place on July 22, with the return match on July 29 or 30.
Minsk "Dinamo," on the other hand, advanced to the UEFA Europa Conference League, where they will play against the Albanian club "Egnatia" on July 24 and 31. In these matches, the teams will showcase their strengths and compete for advancement to the next stage.
