What will the weather be like in Uzbekistan throughout the week?

This week, the first half of Uzbekistan will be under the influence of humid and relatively cold air masses, reports “Oʻzgidromet”. Intermittent precipitation, mainly in the form of snow, is expected across the republic.

On February 13, there will be precipitation (rain, snow) in some areas of the central and eastern regions, as well as in the desert areas of Uzbekistan. On February 14, precipitation is not expected in most regions of the republic, but some areas in the far south may see a little rain, while precipitation (rain, snow) will occur in foothill and mountainous areas.

The air temperature during the day on February 10-11 will be 0-5 degrees warm, at night it will be 0-5 degrees cold, and in some places in the north and desert areas, it may drop to 6-8 degrees cold. Starting from February 12, the temperature will gradually begin to rise, and by February 13-14, daytime temperatures will increase to 8-11 degrees warm, and in the south, it will rise to 12-14 degrees warm.

The western wind will change direction and blow from the east at a speed of 7-12 meters/second, strengthening to 15-20 meters/second in some places. Fog will occur in some areas across the republic.

In Tashkent, there may be a little snow in the evening on February 10. On February 11-12, intermittent precipitation will occur mainly in the form of snow. On February 13, a little precipitation is expected mainly in the form of rain. On February 14, no precipitation is expected. The air temperature at night will be 3 degrees cold to 2 degrees warm, during the day on February 10-11 it will be 0-5 degrees warm, and on February 12-14 it will gradually rise to 8-10 degrees warm. Fog may occur at night and in the morning.
