Roman Pilipchuk, the head coach of the "Chelyabinsk" team, shared his thoughts on pre-season tasks, Valery Karpin, and his activities at the "Spartak" and "Dinamo" clubs in an exclusive interview with the online publication "Evro-Futbol.Ru". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the coach, football is constantly changing, but the main factor is always the players present in the team. Currently, efforts are being made to get the maximum result from the existing players in the team.
In the future, when new players join, the working style may also change. Although the club management has set the task of entering the top ten for the season, there are high goals within the team.
Due to the presence of experienced players, it is planned not to limit the struggle to just the top ten. It is difficult to compare the difference between the top leagues of football – FNL and RPL, as the RPL is only monitored from the outside.
The first round matches of the Premiership are viewed with special attention for the "Spartak" team. There are still players in the club who played during the championship season, such as Zobnin and Maksimenko, and good results are wished for them.
Valery Karpin's work at "Dinamo" is also of interest, as it is a new challenge for him. He recalled that he took his first steps in football at "Dinamo".
Roman Pilipchuk stated that he has no connections after leaving "Spartak", but emphasized that he is in contact with his former coach at "Dinamo", Sergey Silkin, via phone. Silkin has been an important person in his life and has placed great trust in him.
His activities at "Dinamo" and "Spartak" have been different, with each season bringing its own changes. However, he is currently pleased to be working at "Chelyabinsk".
