Yuriy Pervak previously worked as the general director of Moscow's "Spartak" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He expressed his opinion regarding the latest transfer of the "red-whites." According to Yuriy Pervak, Portuguese midfielder Jedson Fernandes joined the team for 20 million euros and a four-year contract was signed with him.
Pervak emphasized that he does not fully understand Jedson's transfer. In his opinion, it is unclear whether Fernandes is currently a necessary player for Stankovich or not.
Pervak also noted that Jedson was unable to be a leader in Turkey as well. According to him, playing in Russia might be even more difficult.
According to reports, Jedson Fernandes spent the last season with Turkey's "Beşiktaş" team. He played in 49 matches last season, scoring 12 goals and assisting his teammates 3 times.
Thus, the "Spartak" management attracted a player with European experience to the team. However, it is still unclear how the new player will benefit the team.
