Ilzat Ahmetov will move to the Wings team on loan

Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder Ilzat Ahmetov may continue his career with the Wings team in Samara. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The parties have reached an agreement to loan the 27-year-old footballer. This was announced by the source Ivan Karpov on social media.

According to the source, the Samara club will pay Ilzat Ahmetov a salary of two and a half million rubles per month. The remaining part of his salary will be covered by Zenit.

Last season, Ilzat Ahmetov played in only five matches in the Russian Premier League. In these games, he neither scored a goal nor provided an assist.

The footballer's contract with the St. Petersburg club is valid until the end of June 2026. Therefore, Ahmetov's future is currently the focus of many football fans and experts.
