Tashuev did not express a clear opinion about returning to "Akhat"

Famous local coach Sergey Tashuev recently worked with Grozny's "Akmat" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He expressed his thoughts about the possibility of returning to the team. It is known that the head coach position became vacant on August 5, after Aleksandr Storojuk resigned.

Sergey Tashuev commented on this: "Everyone knows me well. Every coach has a clear principle – offers should be made.

After that, the coach thinks it over and makes a decision. For now, there is no basis to talk about this," Tashuev said.

"Let me remind you, under Tashuev's leadership, 'Akmat' finished fifth in the 2022-2023 season. In the 2024-2025 season, the team ended up in fourteenth place and was almost relegated from the top league.

The team only maintained its position due to the results of the playoff matches. Tashuev resigned after the first game.

So far, no definite decision has been made regarding Tashuev's return. The club management is working on selecting a new coach.
