Jacob Remsey is moving to Newcastle for 46 million euros

Aston Villa player Jacob Ramsey is expected to move to Newcastle soon. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The parties have nearly completed negotiations for the transfer. According to reports, Newcastle will pay around £40 million (approximately 46 million euros) to acquire this player.

West Ham also attempted to recruit Jacob Ramsey to their team, but the player himself preferred the Newcastle option. Ramsey has played in 167 matches for Aston Villa.

He has scored 17 goals and provided 19 assists while playing in various positions in midfield and attack. Notably, in the 2024/25 season, he scored four times and provided seven assists in 45 matches.

This weekend, specifically on Saturday, Aston Villa and Newcastle will face each other in the first round of the new season of the English Premier League. Ramsey's future will also be a focus of attention in this match.
