Arapov: Transition to the Premier League must be fair

Dmitriy Arapov, a former goalkeeper who played for Yekaterinburg's "Ural" team, shared his thoughts on "Orenburg" taking the place of Moscow's "Torpedo" team due to its disqualification. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
