Dinamo is seen as the main competitor to Zenit

Former Moscow "Spartak" player Yevgeny Lovchev assessed that in the upcoming season of the Russian Premier League, the capital's "Dinamo" team will be competitive against St. Petersburg's "Zenit" in the championship race. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Lovchev, "Dinamo" is indeed the main competitor to "Zenit," not "Krasnodar" or "Spartak." Currently, Valeriy Karpin is leading the "Dinamo" team and calling for discipline.

Last season, "Dinamo" secured fifth place in the Russian championship standings. The new Premier League season will start on July 18, Friday.
