The president of Orenburg club, Kirill Voljenkin, provided information about the team's plans in the transfer market. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the club's transfer campaign is not yet complete, and several more players are expected to join the team. The plan is to strengthen the squad with 3 to 5 new players.
Additionally, Voljenkin emphasized that the new players could come from various continents. Last season, based on the results of the Russian Premier League, Orenburg finished in 15th place and was relegated from the championship.
However, due to a controversy related to the purchase of referees, after the Torpedo club was disqualified from the championship, Orenburg took its place in the top league. The first game of the new season will be held on July 21 at the team's home stadium, where Orenburg will face CSKA.
In this match, the team will try to showcase its strength in the new season.
