A new competence center in the field of modern geology is planned to be established in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This project will be implemented in cooperation with the Colorado School of Mines of the United States. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev carefully studied the project and fully supported it.
The new center will carry out both scientific research and practical work. The main task of the center is to widely implement digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and aero-geophysical methods for the rapid and efficient exploration of new deposits.
In addition, it is planned to conduct deep analysis of digital data, integrate geochemical and space-geological research, as well as further expand regional geological exploration activities. This center is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of the mining sector in our country.
