The 'Bualoi' typhoon killed 36 people in Vietnam
A severe typhoon and the resulting floods in Vietnam have deeply saddened the country's population. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It has been reported that 36 people died as a result of this natural disaster named "Bualoi." According to official sources, the typhoon affected the northern and central coastal areas of the country on September 29.

Strong winds, large waves, and continuous rainfall caused destruction in many regions. So far, 21 people are missing, and 147 citizens have been hospitalized with various injuries.

The economic damage caused by the natural disaster is also significant. According to government estimates, the "Bualoi" typhoon and floods caused damage worth 11.5 trillion dong, approximately 435.8 million dollars, to the country's economy. Many roads, school buildings, and government offices were destroyed.

Due to power outages, tens of thousands of families were left without electricity. In some provinces, water levels have not decreased for a long time, making life even more difficult for the population.

The official report noted that more than 210,000 homes were damaged to varying degrees, with some completely submerged. Additionally, over 51,000 hectares of agricultural land, mainly rice fields, were completely destroyed.

Thousands of families were displaced from their homes and placed in temporary shelters due to the disaster. The government and rescue services are utilizing all available resources to continue search and rescue operations.

At the same time, it is emphasized that international cooperation and aid programs may also be implemented. Experts note that large typhoons occur annually in Vietnam, many of which pose serious threats to human lives.

"Bualoi" is considered one of the largest and most devastating natural disasters observed in recent years.
