Due to issues with attending the World Club Championship matches, FIFA has reconsidered the ticket prices. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The Daily Mail reported on this matter. Now, tickets for the semi-final matches taking place at the "Metlife" stadium, particularly for the match between "Chelsea" and "Fluminense," are being sold at significantly lower prices compared to before.
The price of a regular ticket has been reduced to $13.4, whereas it was previously $473.9. A half-liter beer sold near the stadium is priced at $14.
Football fans who purchased tickets at the high price have expressed their dissatisfaction on social media, emphasizing that there has been no information regarding refunds or discounts for future matches. So far, FIFA has not made an official statement on this matter.
Thus, the decrease in ticket prices is expected to make it easier for fans to enter the stadium.
