Kim Jong Un expressed satisfaction with the test results and emphasized that such military exercises are important for ensuring the country's security. According to him, North Korea must be prepared for various external threats and regularly test its military capabilities.
South Korean military also confirmed that North Korea launched missiles. According to their information, the missiles were launched from an area near Pyongyang.
At the same time, South Korean officials stated that such military actions could negatively affect peace and stability in the region. Experts believe that these tests may be aimed at checking the technical capabilities of missiles capable of carrying conventional and nuclear weapons.
According to some reports, North Korea is likely to conduct additional tests in the coming days, including on the eve of the New Year.
