In total, there are 1075.45 hectares of irrigated land, 112.69 hectares of orchards, 0.65 hectares of pastures and hayfields, and 120.97 hectares of other types of land. Additionally, 790.76 hectares have been allocated solely from the Ortachirchiq district, including 609.95 hectares of irrigated land, 112.63 hectares of orchards, 0.65 hectares of pastures and hayfields, and 67.53 hectares of other types of land. From the Quyichirchiq district, 519 hectares have been designated, consisting of 465.5 hectares of irrigated land, 0.06 hectares of orchards, and 53.44 hectares of other types of land. Veolia Energy Tashkent, the company managing the central hot water supply system of Tashkent city, has announced the schedule for planned maintenance works to be carried out in September and October 2024. The maintenance works and temporary hot water supply interruptions will be carried out in the following stages: From September 8 to 12, water outages will be observed in Mirzo Ulugbek, Temur Malik, Avaykhon, Mingbuloq streets, as well as in the Mirishkor, Shukura Burxonova, Razzok Hamroyev, Salom, Durmon Yo‘li, and Feruza areas. Additionally, temporary stoppages will occur in the Karasu-1,2,3,4,6, Buz-2, and Feruza neighborhoods, Zarqarlik, Lutfi, Bog‘iston, Katartal, Guliston, Farhod streets, and several other areas. From September 15 to 19, water supply will be stopped in Qorasuv, Besharyk, Birlashgan, Elbek, Asalobod, Quruvchilar, Uysuzlar, Parkent, Chulpon, Alimkent streets, and the Akhangaran highway areas. The Tuzel, Uysuzlar, Asalobod neighborhoods and Aviagorodok towns will also experience temporary service interruptions in the same manner. Moreover, many streets and neighborhoods in the city center and its surroundings will be included in this process. From September 22 to 26, preventive works will be carried out in Mustaqillik Avenue, Mirzo Ulugbek, Buyuk Ipak Yo‘li, Qari Niyoziy, Sayram, Tamara Khanim, Akkurgan, Osiyo, Lev Tolstoy streets, and surrounding areas. During this period, hot water supply will be temporarily interrupted in Yalangach, Tashselmash, Mavlono Riyoziy, Buz-1 neighborhoods, and other areas. From September 29 to October 3, water supply will be stopped in Amir Temur and Mustaqillik avenues, Ahmad Donish, Sharofa Rashidov, Yahyo Gulyamov streets, Shahrisabz, Shastri, Yangishahar, Dehqonobod areas, and many other locations. At the same time, Beltepa, Ibn Sino, Jararyk, Beshqurghan, Olimpiya neighborhoods, and student campuses will also be temporarily without hot water. From October 6 to 10, similar maintenance works will be carried out in Munis, Sarikul, Eski Sarikul, Yangizamon, Yangi Kuyluk, Abdurauf Fitrat, Farg‘ona Yo‘li, and Kuyluk neighborhoods. Many streets and neighborhoods in the Sergeli district will also experience temporary hot water supply interruptions. The central hot water supply system of Tashkent is considered one of the largest systems in Central Asia. Its total length exceeds 2000 kilometers, which is equivalent to the straight-line distance from Tashkent to Istanbul. Therefore, the maintenance works carried out within the scheduled periods are necessary to ensure the reliable operation of the city's hot water and heating system. In particular, Chilonzor-15 neighborhood, Bogobod, Qadimgi Chupunota and Birlik neighborhoods, as well as Karasu-1, 2, 4 blocks in Mirzo Ulugbek district and Avoixon and Temur Malik streets will be disconnected from water. On September 9-10, many neighborhoods in Mirzo Ulugbek and Yashnobod districts, the Academy of Internal Affairs, and district heating points will be deprived of water supply. From 23:00 on the night of September 9 until 07:00 on September 10, Oltiariq, Buyuk Ipak Yo‘li streets, Parkent and Karasu blocks, as well as several important facilities including embassies, the Prosecutor General’s Office, and the Presidential School will be disconnected from water. Repair works will continue in Almazar, Uchtepa, and Yakkasaroy districts from September 10 to 18. Water supply will be temporarily suspended during nighttime hours in Uchtepa and Yakkasaroy districts. The Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA) has completed the necessary studies of a new mRNA vaccine against cancer and submitted the documents for its registration. According to her, the authorization documents for the use of the drug named "Enteromix" were submitted to the Ministry of Health at the end of summer 2025. This process was carried out after extensive preclinical trials, which confirmed the safety and efficacy of the drug. The development of this vaccine is part of a broader initiative to create personalized medicines. The drug, based on mRNA technology, aims to create a vaccine tailored to the characteristics of tumor cells unique to each patient. Studies were conducted on animals, particularly models suffering from intestinal adenocarcinoma. The results showed that the drug not only slowed tumor growth but also reduced its size by 75-80 percent. As Veronika Skvortsova emphasized, three years of research on this vaccine have been successfully completed, and its application in patients is planned in the near future following regulatory approval. Initially, patients with colorectal cancer will undergo this therapy, which will later be adapted for the most aggressive brain tumors such as melanoma and glioblastoma. Alongside advances in the field of cancer diseases, Russia is also achieving significant success in neuroprosthetics. Veronika Skvortsova noted that work is underway to make prosthetics sensitive by implanting microelectrodes into nerve endings. This direction is being developed through collaboration between the FMBA's Brain and Neurotechnology Center and the company "Motorika". This center has gained the status of a scientific center worldwide and has been provided with the appropriate grant. The process consists of several stages, ranging from eliminating phantom pain to preparing prosthetics using virtual reality and making them sensitive. To ensure wider access to these technologies, a network of specialized medical institutions is planned to be established. By 2027, it is planned to open ten new prosthetics and rehabilitation centers in various regions of the country, including Primorsky Krai. These centers will be based on the model of the first center operating in the village of Goluboye near Moscow. The mRNA technology underlying the new Russian vaccine gained worldwide recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, its potential for treating cancer has been studied by scientists for decades.
