
In November, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and its diplomatic missions abroad provided financial assistance amounting to 100 thousand dollars to 270 citizens who found themselves in difficult financial situations. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This assistance was crucial for citizens to overcome their difficult circumstances. Additionally, during the past month, consular services were provided to 16,972 citizens.
Practical support was given to 870 people who needed help finding employment abroad. Furthermore, 180 citizens who were in temporary detention facilities were released.
Among those returned to their homeland were 162 citizens, including victims of human trafficking. Over 114 cultural and educational events were organized during the past month.
Nearly 10 thousand people participated in these events. At the same time, 18,960 appeals were received, most of which were successfully resolved.
Visas were issued to 20,591 foreign citizens to enter the territory of Uzbekistan. These data demonstrate the assistance our country provides to its citizens and the effectiveness of its activities in foreign relations.
