On June 5, a slight dusting was observed in the atmosphere of Tashkent city, NOVA24 reported. According to IQAir data, as of 08:00, the concentration of PM2.5 particles, which are hazardous to human health, was 12 µg/m³. This is 2.1 times higher than the levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).

At the same time, the levels of ozone and PM10 substances did not reach hazardous levels and did not exceed the established limits. The air quality was assessed as "moderate".

It is worth noting that according to IQAir's 2024 report, Uzbekistan is not included in the list of countries that meet WHO air quality standards.
